You can find us in the Ground Floor Studio at 91 Upton Street, Bundall.

There are multiple parking options available when visiting the clinic:

• You can park directly out the front of the building in a 2-hour metred parking zone.

• On the opposite side of the street there is a 3-hour parking zone, which is residential and not metred.

• Just north of the clinic is Mercedes Place which is a 1-hour parking zone.

• There is also rear access to the building from Frigo Court, which has metred parking bays.

Enter the building through the lobby then go through the door marked ‘Form Osteopathy’ and turn right.

If you need to contact us before your appointment or you can’t find the clinic, please phone 07 3708 1435 or email info@formosteopathy.com
